A national traveling memorial honoring American service members killed in the Global War on Terrorism will go on public display at County College of Morris September 25-27, 2026.
The Remembering Our Fallen exhibit arrives at the Randolph campus at 214 Center Grove Road on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026, and opens to the public the following day. Viewing runs Friday, Sept. 25 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, Sept. 26 and Sunday, Sept. 27 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Admission is free and no registration is required.
The exhibit pairs photographs with biographical information about the men and women who died in the conflict, so visitors see faces and personal histories rather than a list of names. Ceremonies are planned across the three days.
The NJ SOS Veteran Stakeholders Group is bringing the memorial to Morris County in partnership with the New Jersey Department of Veterans Affairs, the New Jersey Department of Military Affairs, Catholic Charities Diocese of Paterson, Welcome Home Vets of New Jersey and County College of Morris. County officials have tied the visit to the 25th anniversary commemoration of the Global War on Terrorism.
