The 3rd Annual Morris County Veterans Appreciation Day will be held on Monday, August 10, 2026, 12:00pm to 5:00pm at VFW Post 3401, 45 Tabor Rd., Morris Plains, NJ
The event is hosted jointly by NJ SOS Veteran Stakeholders and Catholic Charities and organized by American Legion Post 59 and Welcome Home Vets NJ.
Come to this free event that will feature camaraderie and community with food, drinks, and families. You will have the opportunity to get updated on resources available and the progress made over the past year in the lives of many veterans in our area and state.

The first Annual BBQ honoring Veterans and supporting community sponsored by the Oakland Memorial American Legion Post # 369 and Lakeland Marine Corps League Detachment #744 begins at NOON on Saturday, AUGUST 22 at 65 Oak St in Oakland, NJ.
ALL VETERANS (family and friends) are welcome!
