A weighted ruck is completely optional—no weight requirements and no mandatory packing list.
Choose 1 to 7 miles during this fun hike. Comfortable footwear, a fresh change of socks, and a personal water bottle recommended. Water and bug spray will be available at the site.

PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere) sessions are open for registration. The program introduces the game of golf through a developmental 6–8-week curriculum, taught and led by PGA Professionals trained in adaptive golf and military cultural competency. PGA HOPE programming is free for all Veterans.
