On Sunday August 11 2024, I had the honor of presenting the Marine Corps League for good citizenship award to Joshua Smith & Patrick Mulligan at the Eagle Scouts ceremony for troop 155 in Whippany NJ. Note troop 155 now has made 40 Eagles great work.
